We all know the battle NFL and four other major sports organization are fighting against – sports betting in Delaware. With the NFL season coming nearer and nearer, it seems that the NFL is fighting a losing battle against Delaware sports betting, especially since their cause has been denied in several courts within the state already. Last Wednesday, the NFL requested for an injunction to at least postpone the apparent opening of sports betting in Delaware at least until their request is heard, but again, their appeal was denied. “NCAA Championships are not sanctioned in Betting States”, says NCAA

It is definitely bad news for NCCA sports fans in Delaware, Montana, Nevada as well as Oregon. Effective last Thursday, NCCA will no longer allow any sports championships in states that specifically permit single betting. However, it does not include states that permits parlay betting, lottery tickets or even sports betting.
