It might have been a big blow to Delaware when the courts denied their appeal to allow single game bets, but it cannot be said that they are on the losing end when it comes to the profits they rake in weekly. In fact, reports are in, stating that Delaware’s sports betting industry is generating loads of profits for the State’s Treasury.

The federal appeals court has decided the Delaware could only participate in one method of sports betting, and that method is parlay betting on NFL games. About a week later, Delaware is given an even more specific guideline for sports betting as Thomas Hardiman, judge on the third circuit court of appeals wrote “Under federal law, Delaware may institute Multigame betting on at least three NFL games.” Read more
