Although the State of Delaware was denied to allow single-bet games, officials admit that numbers are up, both in sports betting numbers as well as in revenues.

Delaware’s Appeal Gets Denied But Revenues are Up

Delaware has long since been hoping for their gambling industry to be like that of Las Vegas’, but it seems that fate or, the courts, for that matter, do not see eye-to-eye with what Delaware wants as the State was yet again dealt with a big blow when the federal appeals court denied their request for an appeal.

Four states were given exemptions under the 1992 Professional and Amateur Sports Protection Act, and these were Las Vegas, Montana, Oregon, and Delaware. Read more
